LKR10 and LKR13 KrasG12D-mutant LUAD cells (on a 129/Sv genetic background, previously generated in the laboratory of T. Jacks). Lentiviral vectors encoding Cre (expressed from PGK promoter) and an sgRNA (expressed from human U6 promotor) target known or putative tumor suppressors that are recurrently mutated in LUAD (or pan-carcinoa), such as Trp53.
